pretty platters

Nothing beats eating outdoors by the water and I was more than happy to create and serve delicious snacks to the crowd at the dock. I especially love that i found a tray with little separated compartments to ensure variety.

1. quartered sandwiches on whole grain bread: tuna salad, egg salad, and turkey.
2. hummus, veggies, crackers, totstio scoops and salsa, fruits and mini cucumber sandwiches
