how does she get it so thin?

The next time you make pizza choose whole wheat dough instead of white, roll it out really thin and top it with luxurious ingredients like roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, sprouts, spinach, and oyster mushrooms. Try your best to be carefree when choosing, chopping and placing ingredients. If you want to create a rustic feel, you're going to avoid perfect dicing and positioning. Then, to add to the earthy and rustic feel, serve it on a cutting board (created by my favourite Chef Jaimie Oliver) and a big palm leaf instead of a plate. enjoy.
