The centres of eggs have been known to be full of cholesterol (the bad kind), instead, take out the egg yolk after hard boiling the eggs and fill them with a homemade guacamole (fresh avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, S&P). Then, top each egg with cherry tomato slices and fresh dill. By substituting egg yolks with avocados you can enjoy a healthy fat instead of the saturated kind and still consume excellent protein from the egg whites. good morning, enjoy.
